The "Sf. Constantin si Elena – Valea Cetatii – Brasov" Foundation was established in 2004, the founder being the Orthodox Parish "Valea Cetatii” Brasov.
The foundation has a religious and philanthropic aim meant to offer moral, religious, medical and social assistance to the persons that find themselves in various situations of social risk, regardless of the nationality, race, religion, sex and political orientation, within the meaning of the international norms and standards.
In order to achieve the meaning of the foundation we wish to build a religious and philanthropic institution.
